If we really want to be peaceful, we need to create peace inside us. Give your thoughts a break everyday few times.

Lately many people have approached me with anxiety issues. They feel scared of doing things which they have been doing for years. They feel over stressed. They feel they just cannot live their lives any longer. They start taking this stress out on the loving family members which stresses them out further. So when i go deeper into their lives, few things I have found common:

Multiple anxiety situations happening in life over a period of time.

They have ignored own emotions for a long time.

They have not discussed with anyone

They have no one to talk to or share with.

They have been trying to stay strong for a very long time.

Once the pattern of stress starts, it keeps creating a chain reaction and that keeps adding other things into it and it eventually creates a kind of tornado where everything is swirling into it.

And tornados are beyond our control! So we start developing issues like BP, aggression, depression, constant crying, anxiety etc.

So how can we solve them?

First of all, talk to someone. Do not pile up things inside.

Everyday, take a break and take this break multiple times. Think nothing and do nothing. Just relax. If thoughts are coming, observe them, analyse them and discard them.

If we do not discard unwanted thoughts on time, we would end up piling up garbage inside. It is like as soon as dirt is coming clear it out.

Then every morning, fill up yourself with positive thoughts.

Try to avoid negative information, try to avoid negative people.

Spend more time in absorbing happy and positive information. Read good things, spend time in parks or open spaces etc. If you are watching TV, watch happy content!
