My daughter loves coloring and she loves making different crafts. So she was making this painting and she made it with a lot of patience. she really had her heart into it. It came out very beautiful. So she wanted to make another one because she was excited about all the accolades. But this time, she was tired and she did it for the appreciation, not for her own happiness or let’s say, she really did not want to do it. It did not turn out the earlier had. Everyone just smiled but she knew, it was not that beautiful. She was very upset. After a while I asked her, why was she happy. Because everyone appreciated and why it turned out nice because she made it with so much heart into it. But next time, she just scribbled, so that everyone appreciates. And because she did not have her heart into it, in reality, she did not make a painting. Whatever efforts she had put in the second time, even those were wasted.
We do the same. When we do something with the heart whether it’s office work or a project or office work, it will come out well. the result will be in proportion to how much effort we have put in from the heart. Sometimes, people wonder, why it is not that successful and most of the time, the reason is the emotional balance.
