He was feeling so down and scared that he felt nothing could help him. He felt that his entire future was dark. His business failed, and he felt that he could not do anything. I understand that the loss of business is very concerning, but it does not mean that it would never improve. It will and right now if we cannot feel that, we need to have faith. Faith will guide us and faith will keep us strong. I asked him, if he felt that God is there and he said yes. I asked him, if God is inside him and he said yes. Then he did not have to think that he was ever alone in life or nothing good would ever come. Challenges are a part of life. Even when God was there, Ram or Krishna, they had to face many challenges. But to feel that he is there but would not help, I wonder if that’s true.
When the time is tough, we need to have faith. We need to have faith that he is there with us, and he is there inside us. That’s the power that will always protect us. He asked if God has helped me anytime?
And I wonder if he has not helped me anytime. Sometimes, we wait for a miracle, but the reality is every day he is there. Just ask him once not to be there, and you would see, everything falls apart. One friend once said, he would challenge God. And that day, he had an accident, and he felt that his life was saved by some unknown power. Miraculously, he could get out of the car. Since then, he never questioned his authority.
Sometimes, people ask, then why do we go through tough times? Well, it’s for our own learning, own growth and they make us better and stronger. But amidst those challenges, he is always there.
