I am happy, I am relaxed and I am peaceful!

I am peaceful, happy and relaxed. I have a happy, healthy peaceful day. I am always peaceful. I feel peace.

These are the few things which I tell myself everyday. So many people come and ask me and lately it has increased that how come you are so peaceful? Why are you so peaceful?

Few years back, I was not so peaceful. I also used to get pulled apart from what was happening around me. I still get sometimes but its very small and occurrence is rare. Si Few years back I realized that having mental peace is above everything else. If we are peaceful we can handle things better and if we are peaceful, we really can enjoy life most. If we are not peaceful, despite of having everything else, we would never enjoy life.

So I started telling myself all these things. Also, I started analysing the things which were unsettling me or anyone else. Well, how do I know what’s unsettling others? Thanks to the work I do. People share their emotions and why they are feeling what they are feeling.

So I realized few things:

  1. When we shout at someone we do not like it. We are peaceful when we deal with love. Even if it’s servants.

2. We are not peaceful when we have negative feelings for someone. Even if they have hurt us the most. We feel peaceful when we let go, we forgive and we move on.

3. We feel peaceful when we focus on peace.

4. We feel peaceful when we do nice things. When we help others. Sometimes an opportunity presents itself and sometimes we have to step ahead and take the opportunity instead of thinking, glad I am saved, someone else stepped up.

5. WE need to stay honest in life. Dishonesty can never let us be peaceful.

6. We need to spend more time with positive people. We need to read positive stuff.

7. believe me waking up early helps. Because we can start our day in peace rather than rushing through everything. Starting of the day itself, we are setting the right momentum.

8. Believe in love, fill yourself up with love.

9. Give and share with an open heart.

10. Hold good intentions for everyone and everything.

11. Follow gratitude rather than complaints.

12. Believe in doing things yourself rather than what others did not do as per your expectations.

Have a happy, healthy peaceful day and a loving life.
