Neha’s two years old son fell sick and she had to take him to doctor. Doctor tried giving medicine but he kept his lips tightly sealed. He does not like medicines. After a great effort, doctor was able to manage to give some 50% medicine. Doctor said that his diet has to be taken care of. Neha looked at doctor’s face and wondered how would she manage this because he would keep his lips tight for everything that has to go into his mouth.
Watching this incidence made me wonder don’t we all do this. I feel Universe wants us to give so much health, love and abundance, but we keep it blocked. We have so many thing going on in our head that what actually should be coming to us gets blocked. So let’s see an example how we block it:
How can he do this to me? I will not allow this to happen to myself.
It is a general statement but we stop Universe from doing it’s work on us. We do not have to allow anyone to harm us.
Then we say, I will not let happen and as soon as we have said that, we have stopped the flow of life from us through us.
Life has to flow, energy has to flow. if it’s in flow it’s pure. If we start stacking it up, it starts becoming stale. So it can be pure, which means in abundance and fully healthy, when it is flowing through us. Or else stacked up water or any energy is stale like pond water is stale but river water is fresh.
So tell yourself:
I allow life to flow through me
I allow beauty to flow through me
I allow health to flow through me
I allow abundance to flow through me
I allow life to flow through me.
