We all grow and we all lose strength while growing up. Things which we take for granted, start rejecting us. Our body, our health or body parts. They start leaving us one by one. Someone becomes weak by eyes, someone by muscles, but gradually everyone gets effected. It might happen that one part deteriorates more than other at a faster pace but eventually everything deteriorates and then the end is death. It is not possible to regain strength or slow the process of deterioration or die healthy if you start taking care of this temple called as body at the age of 60 or when something disastrous happens. Medicines don’t work after death, they work when you are still alive. When one particular part is dying or is on ventilator, the medicines can just prolong the phase but it cannot rejig everything. For that you need to start taking care of your health as soon as you can. You cannot defer the inevitable.
You need to stay healthy, eat healthy, stay active, stretch, keep your innerself healthy as your outerself if the reflection of innerself. You need to take all the measures. You do not need to freak out, you just need to bring all these into your daily routine. So that you grow healthy.
