I called up my friend who is a follower of Islam to wish him Id Mubarak and I told him I also can read Namaz. He asked him how would I do that because I do not know the verses of Namaz and I told him, does not matter but the prayers are same and the essence is same. Does not matter if you pray in poetic form or simply just pray from heart. Does not matter if you pray in English or Hindi or Urdu. God knows what we wanna pray. All religions and holy books teach same. So I also can read Namaz. Its not a mockery of any religion, its the total acceptance of all the religions and acceptance of love. I love every being equally as a part of me and I pray. For me the God is one and he resides in every being and every thing. We can divide ourselves but we cannot divide God. My heart is crying today as I read about communal riots in different parts of India. I wish I could help people in understanding that we all are here to love not to kill each other on the name of religion. Religions are created to guide us on the path of love not to create hatred. No God would want that his children are killing each other on the name of those guidelines. He himself must be wondering that can we go to this extent. When two brothers fight, parents wonder and their hearts cry, same way, when his children fight, his heart also cries and I can feel the pain. All I can pray today is please show us the light of love, so that we can all start moving towards light. We can remove the darkness and dissolve all the differences. We all can live with love and grow together with love.
