Let’s see what all we want from life and then we would ponder over the fact that why we have to give away that, so that it comes back to us. Love, respect, people to understand us, success and I am sure the list will be long. When a child is born the mother and family gives him love, so the child is most bonded with the family and loves his family most. For him his parents are the center of world. A baby is attached to his mother most as he receives most love from his mother. So mother gave him that love and then got that in return. Small things teach a lot in life, how you take those lessons, depends on you. Respect? Who wants to be showed down by anyone? You want even the watchman to salute you when you pass through the gate. Just give him a smile and you would see, how his eyes sparkle and respect. that smile is the emblem of true respect. I have a habit, I greet all the security persons I meet, the ladies who frisk me, the people who open the doors for us out of duty and all such people like that. The place where usually i watch movies, there is a security lady over there and whenever i go I ask her how are you aunty. If I do not go for a usually longer time, she would ask my well being and would ask where have I been and would say, it is good to see you around. They frisk more than 500 people in a day and she said she waits for me. You connect with people truly when you connect on the basis of what you give. I do not have to ask her to wait for me or respect me. She does it because she wants to. You want people to understand you, first understand them. Keep yourself in their shoes and then think. Most of the people I have seen fighting have the biggest argument, you would never understand me. Well, then you try to understand why that person is saying so or doing so. Just do not imply own thoughts and aggravate the situation. Try using one simple thing, when you thing you have an argument in business or in personal life, that i understand what you must be feeling…..it works believe me. The other person would also understand you as it would bring down his temper which has flared up because he feels no one understands him but when you understand him, he also would try to understand you. You are going through agony, so is the other person. little understanding from your side would ebb both’s. Who does not want to be successful? Believe me life life returns with interest, whatever you give. You give hardwork, you give focus, you get success. No one gets served everything in plate. Every one has to cook own meal and clean the left overs too to have a clean table. You complain that I tried everything and it did not work…but you forget may be something else is working for you. I have seen people rising like phoenix after losing everything as they did not give up. To make you reach to that level, you need to work and never give up. You do not need to learn accounting for that, give what you expect and you get that.
