Most of the people I meet are suffering because of past pain or future expected pain. This happened to me or what if my son does not get a good job or daughter does not get a good match. They are unable to take a decision right now as they are living too much in future, what if this happens or what if that happens….we live 90% of the life in past or future and when that moment comes we go to past thinking I was evaluating or already thinking about this….we live so much in past or future that we dont even realize that we are not living the life which is always about now…we do good deeds out of fear of Karma as it would spoil our future…but the big question always is what about now. we all know, whatever has happened has happened and can never be done…there are many many parallel realities we say..where everything is happening simultaneously…but our reality is now…the one which we are into right now and this is the most important and that is why it is reality…past cannot be undone and future is unseen, sow e cannot do anything about both and we have no control over either of them..if we cannot control over something whats the point in worrying about..can you control whats happening in America, I guess no, then how can you control whats happening future…if you cant then why do you want to waste the moment where actually you can make a difference…
