WE all emerged from same identity, even if we do not take it as God as everything is God then, still we all are one. WE all have a part of each other. Everyone is a part of Universe and is holding Universe within himself or herself. When Yashoda asked child Krishna to open his mouth she passed out because she saw whole Universe in her small child’s mouth. Krishna is no different from you are me. Everyone is holding the entire universe inside himself and you become one with the universe the moment you realise this.
You are a part of everyone and everyone is a part of you that is why what goes around comes around, it is same like the brain respond to whatever signal it has received. Stop treating anyone differently than you or stop treating yourself different from others. If you hurt someone else, you hurt yourself, if you make someone else smile you are making yourself smile. If people around you are not happy then different parts of you are unhappy. So if you really want to be happy, then make sure everyone around you is happy. Everyone is a part of you, which includes every being and everything. This whole universe is a part of you. The moment you would realise it, you will become truly one with the universe.
