Dr Emoto did lots of experiments on how the words we speak has an impact on the molecular structure of water. With positive words and happy words the molecules become beautiful and with negative words the molecules take a bad shape. Later on similar experiments were done on food where the food which had to go through negative words like fool or hate rotted and the food which was blessed with positive words like love and thank you, did not rot. Lots of videos can be found on internet to support this. We can do this experiment at home also by taking same cooked rice in two different jars. We can speak different words on them everyday and can see their changing condition. If someone does not want to wait for this experiment can do a small exercise right away. Close your eyes and repeat different words like love, hatred, anger, joy, happiness, kind etc. Observe the rise or drop in energy with each word. With every positive words we think or speak, we would see a rise in energy and with every negative words we would feel a drop in energy. Now, what we can understand from this?
1. 70% of our body is water. So if molecular structures are changing with the words we hear, then there would be a huge change in body with the kinds of words we hear or speak.
2. If there is an impact on food, then while eating if we are facing negativity, it would start rotting that food for us. So instead of benefiting us, it would harm us. ( So people who are eating food while watching aggressive programs or news actually are harming themselves). Always try to create positive environment while eating food. Second thing, learn to bless your food before eating. I guess that is the reason, we have been asked to pray and express gratitude before eating food.
3. All the time, whatever negative we are thinking or speaking, that word is creating its vibration first inside us and then it would reach to someone else. So the affect on us would be maximum. It is like it is originating inside us, so we would have maximum impact like for earth quake its originating point suffers maximum damage. So when we speak bad or foul of others, in reality we are doing more harm to self than others.
4. So try to use positive words at home, in mind and while talking like kind, love, smile, happiness etc. Create your own dictionary. Often people feel proud in using derogatory words for others but in reality they are harming themselves. Avoid such language.
5. Train your mind with constant reminder like I would speak only nice words, I would think only nice things etc. Keep telling yourself positive things. Make a conscious use of positive words.
Once in habit we would see a change in out attitude and energy level. We would see kind of people we would be having in our lives. We would see a positive change in our lives.
