He was unhealthy, but he wanted to be healthy. But all the time he was focused only on one thing. How bad it has become. And how bad it may become. He was creating worst thoughts in his mind. Finally when he realized he was damaging his health more than he would imagine, he started focusing on being healthy. he would write down, how he would feel when he is healthy, what all he would do and within few days he became very healthy.
His business was suffering and it was going down for last 7 years. He wondered how he could make things better. But this down phase had instilled many fears and every time he feared worst. But he also realized that whenever he feared worst, something bad in a big way happened. he wondered if it was his thought process or some destiny. But why did it happen when he thought worst. So he tried experimenting. He started focusing on having better business, more clients etc and in few months things changed. His business improved. Whether you call it destiny or you call it thought process.
As a couple, they always had fights. They fought over breakfast when he was leaving for office and they fought over dinner. All the time through out the day, they both were thinking about fights. When she realized the power of thoughts and focus, she started focusing on having peaceful relationship and within few days there were changes. There were no more fights.
Yes, most important is who we are, inside that most important is mind and inside mind the most important is our thought process. We need to be aware of who we are, what we are thinking and what is happening. We need to be aware of where is our focus, because then this is what we are going to get. So keep your focus on what you want. Any moment or energy spent on what you do not want is an energy which did not goto what you want. So make a list of what all you want, how it would be to have that, do not be scared of thinking as big as you want and think more and more. Everything will start falling sooner than we know.
