Everyone tells us, every day is a new day and its true as this is present what has passed is past, but no one tells us about the night what about the part of 24 hrs which is integral to the day?
According to me, the night tells us this too shall pass. If there is no night we would not be able to expect the next day. We wouldnt know the significance of day light. When the night approaches, we know the day is coming to an end and after this there will be a new dawn.
If I see the significance of day/night in broader perspective, its like the life is a day and when the night comes means when we die, its time to know that its time to be free from all the bondages and shed of this flesh. Its time to wear a new skin and that is like a new dawn.
