People are depressed and aggressive sitting at home.

Children are getting irritated.

More and more people are complaining about bad dreams.

More people are complaining about body aches.

More and more mood swings.

Yes, we are comfortably sitting at our home but we are going through things which we may not count. yes, there are bigger issues, but we can handle a few at home also. Our positive energy will also help in healing the situation better. During these times of pandemic, there is so much environment of negativity, people are scared, some are angry, some are frustrated, some do not have food to eat, many have lost jobs and are on roads too, in one or other way, a bigger chunk of the population is contributing to the negative energy. In times like these, staying positive is very important.

Our mental, physical emotional strength will be tested. Our relationships would be tested. Everything would be tested.

So keep your calm and peace. Here are the things:

  1. Eat clean energy food. Do not eat junk. Prepare food, simple food at home and prepare with lot of love.
  2. Clean your house as much as you can. Do not leave it dirty. A dirty house attracts more negativity. Environmental negativity will affect us further.
  3. Try to add more positive energy to the house. You want to spray holy water do it, you want to burn camphor do it, you want to play devotional songs do it, you want to play mantras do it. Raise the vibrations of the place.
  4. Keep patience with each other. Try to handle each other with love.
  5. Take one day at a time.
  6. Create positive images of the life and situation in your mind.
  7. Try to stay away from media as much as you can.
  8. Find things which make you happy. Watch some happy movies. If you do not have time, then do the chores happily.

Every drop counts. Positivity coming from every household will heal the situation better.
