WE do not take enough sunlight, we start losing our bones. We do not take moonlight, we lose hormonal balance. We do not take fresh air, we start developing immune system problems and allergies. If we do not eat natural foods, our body starts creating many other diseases. To live healthily and stay healthy, we need every part of nature. Because we are formed from it and we are a part of it. If we stop connecting with nature, our body starts losing its ground.
Why do we have to wake up only after we have lost the ground? We need to bring that nature into the everyday lifestyle. Or else we would keep falling sick in various ways.
So what do we have to do?
Get up early, get out, breathe in the fresh air, do your breathing exercises, take a walk with nature. Eat as much as healthy and natural food. Spend some time alone in moonlight, thanking the Universe before going to sleep. If we go to sleep watching TV, we sleep with lots of blue light and negative thought processes. If we sleep with moonlight, we sleep with health and abundance.
Our health is our responsibility. There is a nature to support it everywhere. We need to find time to connect with it and everything will start healing it.
