My 3.9 years old girl asked me, does it pain when we give birth. (Now they are learning about how mama bears babies and gives them birth, if I will be mamma, will I have a child too)Yes, it pains a lot. So she says, then I do not want to have a baby. I smiled and said but then who would have given me so much love. So many hugs and kisses every day. Who would have made me so happy. I would have been so sad. She looked at me and then at my other girl-her twin sister and they both came running to hug me. They hugged me and asked me to bend and showered me with all the kisses they had.
Everything is a blessing in life. Having a partner, a home to live, a healthy body, things at home, the work we do, family and everything we can think of. This air we are breathing in, the land we live on, flowers, butterflies, sun, moon, stars, fishes..and the list continues. But when children come in, they teach us how to love and how to be loved. Sometimes, we forget how to be loved also. They love us in their own ways and this is what we learn from them. We do not expect them to be perfect, we just expect them to love us. They make a small drawing and we love it so much and appreciate it. Can we do that for everyone around us? We need to learn to appreciate the love which we are receiving in every form.
But we get what we give and our children will also pass on the same to the world. If we really want to create a loving world, we need to make our children a messenger of love. If we raise them to follow love, be love, they will pass on same message to the world. Raise them with love. Be there with them with love. Give everything with love. Let them understand love so much. Let them know we are love and anything else is not who we are. Give them so much love that they become love.
