When I opened my laptop today, the first message I saw was from Jennine Shepherd. She is saying, life is not about having it all, it is about loving it all. I love her strength, I admire her determination to succeed and will to bounce back. She traveled a journey where she managed to receiver from a almost a fully broken body and then become a flying instructor, where doctors did not even know if she would walk again.
We all have problems and challenges in our lives. There are areas of life which we always try to resolve. We all keep fighting. We all have certain areas where we feel like giving up. Still can we love our lives for every part of it?
We may look at many things and many lives around us and we feel that we lack something. But in reality we may not lack anything. For our situation, for our future, we are into a perfect situation which is needed for us. Can we love every part of our lives with all its challenges.
Let’s say we love it then what do we do?
1. Be grateful for it
2. make best use of it
3. Nurture it
4. Do not things which will harm it.
Nurture your life like you would nurture a small baby. They are delicate yet they have life and emotions. We take care of their food, their emotions, their growth and everything. We take care of their sensitivity. We do not let anything harm them. So do things in your life which will nurture it. Like do not hurt anyone, do not hurt yourself. Give lot of love to yourself, your life and people and things around. Do not do bad to people or anyone. Do take care of your health like a babies health. Be honest, work hard. Stop cursing or feeling bad about any part which is not working well.
We feel when a baby grows up, our responsibility is over but his own responsibility starts. We need to train them in a way so that they follow what was being done for them. Nurturing process never ends. Earlier parents were doing then we have to do it ourselves. But we need to do it always.
So love your life and nurture it as you love it.
