Few days back a new maid joined in qnd I asked her why did you leave your previous one. She started crying. She said that her employer used ti slap her sometimes. So many times, she will not even pay her salary. She was always under the fear that something would happen anytime. She always used to hold her salary, so that she would not quit. Finally she had to leave her salary and quit. I wondered, if people can be like this?
One day, while crossing the road I saw a girl walking with the help of clutches. The gentleman in the car had to wait for her to cross the road. He was screaming at her for holding back the traffic.
Then I saw a child was trying to enter into the temple and the priest over there was kicking him out for spoiling the temple.
These incidents were making me feel bad but then there was a breeze of fresh air. I saw a girl almost emptying her purse outside a hospital to support a patient. She went ahead and bought some clothes and food also.
Its not about Karma, it is not about what is morality. It is about how you want to be. Often we learn right from wrong. Can we see from all this, how we want to be? I guess I would want to be someone, who has kindness and being kind is the biggest gift we can receive and we can give.
Be kind to yourself. Be kind to your family. Be kind to the people who are serving you. Be kind to the people who need you.
Just be kind. You will not have to worry about any Karma.
