I was walking and a small girl walked towards me. She said can you please smile? I looked at her and saw a little girl smiling. I looked at her and she again asked, can you please smile? I smiled at her and asked who are you. She pointed towards an old beggar. I walked towards him and asked if I could help him and he said no. He told me that few years back, I had helped him already and gave him money when he needed most for his girl’s treatment. He recognised me and thanked me. I smiled and smiled from the deepest of my heart. The girl smiled back and got me some flowers. This incident was enough to keep me smiling whole day.
Two things, my kindness few years back, which lifted my spirit. His return kindness which lifted my spirits again.
I have always learned one thing always be kind even in words. We never know when it can make or break someone. So how we can do it?
When ever you speak or take an action, just set your right intentions that may it always bring love. It it always spread love. If you cannot do it for every time, start setting your intentions everyday. In the morning, pray to be kind. Pray that your words must heal people. Set your intentions that your words shall spread love. Set your intentions that your actions shall be kind and spread love.
Believe me what you give comes back. If you shall give kindness, then kindness shall come back to you.
