He was full of inferiority complexes. When he got married, his wife was over controlling and always executed her power over him. After 10 years, he wanted to commit suicide. However, when we went into detail we realized that she was also full of inferiority complexes and she was trying to hide them by controlling him. Everyone has own way of expressing and hiding things. So the events in his life were reminding him constantly that how he lacks so many things and in his wife’s too. She kept distancing herself from people and he kept getting suppressed. He was able to improve his relationship and life situation by working on himself. When he started believing in himself, his life also started believing in him. 
Often we blame others for whats happening to us but in reality, life is responding back to what we are. Whatever events and people we have in our lives is a reflection of who we are. Everyone and everything, this whole Universe is vibrating. Whatever and who so ever has same frequency vibrates together. If we want to change people we have and events we have, we need to change our frequency. We all are energy beings. And this energy vibrates. Our energy is managed by our emotions. So when we feel happy we have high energy means higher vibrations. When we feel low, we have lesser energy means lower vibrations. So first let’s see what keeps our vibrations high and what keeps them low.
All the positive emotions like happiness, joy, peace, love make us feel good and give us energy which means higher vibrations. that is why it is imperative to stay positive.
All the negative emotions like anger, guilt, frustrations, fear etc deplete our energy and thus takes our vibrations low which means we will be a magnet for people and events of lower vibrations. 
Higher the energy, higher it can vibrate. 
So how can we increase our energy thus vibrations?
Stay positive
Always desire best for others
Let go and forgive
Do not try to force life, let it take its course
Be in love with many many things and people in life and yourself
Always have clarity of intentions and desires
Spend time alone to heal
Life would be whatever we would feel about it.
