So I met this lady, she was in some 40s. She was giggling like a small child, a little plump. She said innocently, this is how I maintain my health. I always remember that smile and statement. I wondered because these days, being healthy has become equivalent to slim and a well-shaped body. I wondered and she could see my predicament. So she said that I am always happy and I do not even keep medicine at home. Last time I do not remember when I had medicine for headaches. Then I knew, she was truly healthy. So I asked her, how does she stay healthy always?

Our immune system reacts very fast to our emotional state. If we are happy, our immunity becomes strong. If we are emotionally low, like after a fight, etc, our immunity becomes very low. So many times I have people coming and sharing that I had a fight with my spouse and after that, I fell sick. Why after the fight? Because we were so low emotionally, that every virus or bacteria could attack and found it’s way. They are always around. Our body could not fight back. So what shall we do? Stay happy and stay positive.

It is our responsibility to stay healthy and happy. It is no one else’s duty. If we wonder someone else would make us happy, we would never be happy because someone would always fail somewhere as per our expectations. Keep doing an emotional check.

Let go of unwanted emotions, Learn to forgive, do not keep repeating negative incidences, start seeing the bigger picture, keep reading positive, stop feeding yourself with negative information, start feeding positive one, do things which make you happy, learn to accept things, keep doing good things. Keep doing whatever makes you happy.
