Don’t let others decide your mood. Decide every morning, “I am happy healthy, peaceful, kind and loving.”

She was shouting at everyone. In her company, she was managing a team of 25 people and everyone was scared of her moods. There were days when she would not say anything and there are days when no one wants to cross her path. So one girl replied back saying, why are you taking your frustration out on us? She felt further infuriated. When she went back home, she met her 5 years old child, who broke the things and then she slapped him too. After that, she was further feeling bad. Then she had a fight with her husband and finally, he asked what has happened. She started crying. She said that in the morning, she got a text from her friend how bad she had been as a friend. This irritated her and this whole thing started. Her husband asked her, how would she have reacted if he would have done the same thing? She looked down and said that she would have told him to ignore it! Exactly!

So she decided your whole day. She is sitting so far and with a text, she can control your life? Means? She sends a text and you spoil your entire day including slapping your son and fighting with your husband! So what shall I do?

Know that no one shall have control over your emotions other than you. read the text and ask yourself, if you are a good friend? Why are you a good friend? Just because someone is saying, does not make you bad. Then decide how you want to feel every day.

Tell yourself, I am happy, healthy, kind and loving. I am peaceful all day. I talk with love all day.

If someone says something, sit and let it go. Analyze, what is the cost of letting it affect your emotions?

Is it worth? And then decide again how you want to be. Keep analyzing your emotions all day. Whenever you feel you are not what you have decided, take an immediate break and decide again!

Be happy, be peaceful, be kind, be loving. it’s worth it.
