Question: Do Mantras work?
Every mantra works. They have been designed Scientifically. If chanted correctly, they work. Every word has a unique power and when different powerful words are combined, they kind of team up to work wonders. For example, you say the word smile and love and observe the change inside you. Then you say anger and repeat it a few times and you will see the difference. So every word has own vibrations, which change the vibrations inside us. When we use positive words, like Mantras, they change the vibration inside us.
Can a Mantra alone help us?
Mantra starts helping us, guiding us to take the right action and also start making our energy positive. How also they start guiding us?
Let’s say, you goto a consultant. He will guide you on how to make money, where to invest it better and then your mind will start working accordingly. Also, then sometimes works for someone and something does not work for someone. So Mantra will help you in waking up your inner guidance which will guide you for the next step. Also, because your energy is motivated in that direction, it will start transforming the energy around you which will help you, support you.

Om Ahem Arogyam, where OM Means Atman, or Parmatman or the Universe. So you start with the UNiverse, in a way, you are invoking the energy of the whole Universe for the same. Ahem, means me and Arogyam means 100% healthy.
DO I have to do anything along with chanting mantra. Yes, whatever guidance you are feeling inside. That guidance is coming from own soul. You are connecting with own soul or God inside you when you say OM.
But then why do I need to take more actions?
First of all, what’s the harm in taking actions. Why do you not want to take corrective actions which you are feeling inside? If you are not, then isn’t it against your genuine intentions? Also, it starts healing you and then whatever is required it’s asking you. It’s like you have prayed to God to help you in business. So you think money will just appear or you will get opportunities to grow. You will get better opportunities. Same way, you will get better opportunities to grow your health.
