Then started the funds problem. For his every withdrawal I started feeling, why is he taking out money. I could not tell him to leave and the things kept on becoming worse. HE also started participating less but taking out equal share.

Question: Is it because of my brother? Partially, yes but mainly because of you. But how? The ship cannot sink until the water gets into the sink. When your brother joined in, you started feeling lots of resistance. The way he was treating you, the way he was not putting in equal efforts and then taking more salary. That spoiled the energy of the business. The business was prospering with your energy and when your energy towards business became negative, it started sinking.

When someone is angry and makes food, it never turns out good. The food made with love is always tastier. The food made with divine surrender is always tasty. The simple reason is the love brings out the best of it and it gives you love. The food loves you back. The same way, anything which is done with love will have good taste or success. But anything not done with love will have the result with which it was done. In your case, anger. So the business also expressed anger towards you.
So what shall I do? Do whatever makes you feel good about doing business rather than making angry.
Even if it means, you have start something new or ask your brother to leave. I would say, start something new.
He started a new business. He gave away entire thing to his brother. Within a few months, his business started giving good returns.
Whatever you do, do with love.
