His parents were separated and then his father died. When he was alive, he was living with his father and his younger brother with his mother. Now, he was left with his grandmother. Who really wanted to help him but he seemed to be angry on everyone. His health was falling apart, his eye sight was becoming weak, he was developing cavities in teeth and he had put on weight. After one year, he realized, either he should die or he should do something about himself. But he did not know where to begin.
What took him inside that room? It’s his thought process. he started telling himself that the world was a bad place. His mom was bad. (Kids who grow up thinking parents are bad and they can’t trust their own mother they are actually unable to trust anyone in life because every child’s first love source, shield, protection, all is a mother). That’s when everything was falling apart. So if he really wanted to gather his life, he had to start changing his thought process. Instead of telling himself that the world is a bad place, he had to tell himself that the world is a better place. When he started doing that, he started meeting better people, more friends and he realized life could be good too. Yes, his health also started picking up.
One gentleman who felt he was never good at business or at job wondered how he could earn better. First thing he had to change his thought process about money and that he could earn good. Once he was able to, he was able to start a successful business.
Everything is energy including us. Our thoughts are driving that energy. If the driving force starts dying or becomes negative, we start going in a negative direction. If we make this force positive, our life will start going in the forward direction. Now, the thing is we are not trained to think positive generally. In general, we are trained to think negative. We have to make a conscious effort to focus on positive thoughts and keep driving our life with positive thoughts. We need to keep weeding out negative thoughts knowing it’s only the trash which needs to be taken out. Holding onto negative thoughts is like holding onto trash in life. It will spoil the health, work, and life.
So keep working on improving your thoughts everyday, which no one else can do, if you really want to improve your life.
