When you start observing your thoughts, your physical
reality starts changing.
One girl was feeling bad and
totally mad at her boss. They had been working for many years together. They
really were a team but lately the team had expanded and they got many ego
clashes. Her boss had supported her a lot in her highs and lows but few recent
events at office made her stand against him and their beautiful relationship
was falling apart. She was angry and feeling bad about him. I asked her if she
trusts him and she said no! Then we recalled many past incidences in which she
was supported by her boss. She agreed that after her family if there is anyone
who had supported her was her boss. I asked her to trust him and he would trust
her too. She asked me how it could be possible. Well, whatever we are thinking
and feeling, manages our energy and when our feelings change our energy changes
too. Which starts reflecting and same vibes are transmitted to the other
person. Which eventually changes things around us. We talked for more than an
hour and we discussed only good things about her boss. That day they had
clashes all day but next day they started their day by laughing their heads
off. She was being appreciated and her relationship immediately improved. When
she observed her feelings and changed them to the positive ones, her
relationship with her boss changed. She did not have to take charge of the
office situation or her boss. All she had to do was to take charge of her own
thoughts. When she started observing them, things started happening the way she
would want them.

She tried it many times and
everytime it worked. If it worked for her, it would work for every one else
too. However, the key is to understand how we are creating our reality.
Whatever we are thinking is getting spread. It is reaching to the person and to
this world. Everyone is a part of one big Universe and we all are connected. So
we start influencing everything with our thoughts and actions. If we are
influencing, we can change too. So how we can change? If we are influencing by
thoughts, then we have to change our thoughts. So what do we have to do for
that. First of all, watch your thoughts. Observe, then why are you thinking
like this. Is it helping you? Observe them and then choose them. Discard what
you do not like. Bring in the thoughts which you think would actually help you.
If it is not happening naturally, then induce them. Work on your mind, sort it
out and your life will start getting sorted. More and more you will stay aware
instead of living in auto pilot, more and more your life will be as per you.
