I was sitting with a gentleman and he was looking so peaceful. The energy around him was also very peaceful. His house felt like a temple. His all the servants were peaceful. Plants looked so happy too. Everyone felt peaceful and happy. Few guests came in. There was some One of the gentleman was stressed at that time. But I saw him getting relaxed soon. He was feeling very peaceful too. After they had left, I asked my friend so what’s the secret of this energy. How come everything is so peaceful. it felt like I was sitting in a temple.
He smiled and said, that is my meditation. I am peaceful and what’s there to feel bad about. When we say everything is a blessing, then everything is. Here everything runs with my energy. I exchange my energy with everything. i am in love with everything here. I cannot take all positive energy and give out negative energy. I am in love with my life. I have my own share of problems and challenges. But i know they are there to be solved. So everything here sings with me as I love them and they love me back. My walls, my furniture, my plants, my house. My house seems like meditation to me. My work is my meditation. whatever I do here, it is with love. I am one with everything and everything is one with me. Same love I exchange with all the people who are living here. Whether it’s my family or people working here. No one has a reason to be unhappy about. If they are peaceful, they are happy too. Things happen but everyone let’s them go.
We all are so much in love. I felt the secret key was love, which always triumphs. When we feel love, love becomes the meditation. We give love, we receive love, we feel love and we all are peaceful. Life is a meditation with love. It makes you one with your surroundings, it makes you one with the Universe.
