One gentleman wanted to know about health. How he could stay healthy and active. Fair enough! So when he came I offered him, juice, coconut water or anything he liked. He asked for cold drink, which I did not have. So he had a cup of tea and then he asked for few biscuits and snacks. So I asked him, how many cold drinks he takes everyday and he said not much. One everyday!. Then he shared his eating habits which were not healthy. He was really fond of breads, noodles etc. Then I asked him, which car he drives and he shared his car model, which was really high end. And I asked him, if he could use kerosene oil in that he said no. But would it run and the answer is yes but it may burn down the car or it may block the engine. It’s not apt!

Then I took him to plants, and asked him, what should we give to them? Plants need water, air, sunlight, Earth. It also need more nutritions so we add organic manures like cow dung, compost, greens etc. But can we add noodles, cold drinks or things like that? What would happen? It would die. We can add pesticides and fertilisers as they are chemicals to support. But what would happen in longer run?It spoils the fruit and so much that it spoils the health of the people who eat those fruits. It becomes poisonous. So if we eat too many chemicals, we are adding slow poison to our body.

If we eat, what we shall not eat, we spoil our health. We need to add healthy things to our life style. We cannot blame our environment because those choices are available. We need to become a conscious consumer so that, our health can improve. If we really want to do many things, we need to be healthy. If we want to be happy, we need to be healthy. We cannot be happy if we have some head ache, body ache etc. So we really need to value what we have and take care of it.
