He was always angry and he did not know what to do. He was on constant medicines, so that he does not feel angry. What he did not realize was, he was becoming constantly dependent on medicines and he was suppressing his brain constantly. He did not know how else to handle that.
So when he came for help, I asked him, when was the last time you really felt peaceful and happy? We cannot make anger go away. But id we can bring in peace and love, it will go away. He could not recall it. So we had to go way back to his childhood. Where he felt really happy and peaceful. But then he recalled, at that time there were no worries. Business and family etc but now he had many! So how could he stay peaceful. So the next question was is he able to get something better by being worried and being angry at people. Did they work better? He did not know. Infact he realized, inside he was scared of asking them to work extra or something as he always saw that anger in them. So how he could reverse it? HE had to remind himself on everything that his priority was to be peaceful rather than getting work done. The chaos was inside him not outside. For few days, it took time to settle things down. But then it changed. Once he started feeling really peaceful, he realized he did not have to use anger to get things done. He just had to ask with love. He became more confident and more assertive. When he changed the environment around him also changed. No one had fear. Everyone was working. He was feeling more loving. He realized that when he was small, he felt love, that gave him happiness not the lack of worries. Now, when he was giving that love to others, he was again feeling peaceful.
In every situation, remember that peace is important. You do not have to let wrong things happen to you, but you can be assertive. And mostly everything can be solved better when you are peaceful inside. Try it and you will be happy about yourself.
