One gentleman asked that what is honesty?
It can be anything as per anyone but as per me we stay true to what we say and what we do and what we feel. In Sanskrit we call it, Mansa, Vacha and Karma. We need to be true at three levels, in what we desire, or feel that is Mana, what we speak and what we do. If we are dishonest at any level, then we are not honest.
Why we need to be honest?
So my question is why do we have to be dishonest? May be to find a short cut, may be to get things done, may to get what we want but at someone else’s cost! Why it has to be someone else’s cost. We need to pay cost for what we desire.
What would happen if we are dishonest?
Well, It’s simple law of Karma. Whatever we are giving, we are receiving. If we are giving good, we will receive good and if we are giving bad, we will receive bad.
Why Law of Karma is there?
First thing this is how this Universe is designed. Still if we look deeper into this. We are the Universe, We are creating everything here. Everyone existing here is a part of this Universe which means us too. So let’s say you are a part of the Universal body. So the action you take will send a signal to the brain which would bring a reaction accordingly on same part of the body. If action is negative, reaction also will be negative. If you put a burning matchstick on some part of the body, same part of the body will feel pain and have blisters.
What will it cost us if we are dishonest?
It’s not necessary that dishonesty of money will cost money or dishonesty of words would cost words. It depends on the value you hold to any part of the life. It can cost health, loved one’s life, money loss, consistent financial crunch, own health, relationship etc. It all depends on the value.
So live your life with love and honesty.
