May be to a point but more than that it depends on how you feel.
Everything in this world is vibrating at certain frequency. The events, the things, people, places and everything else, whatever is the part of Universe is vibrating and has own frequency. People, events, things, places of same frequencies vibrate together and get magnetically attracted towards each other.
What would decide the frequency of a human being.
His emotions or feelings. What you feel, will decide your energy. Your energy will decide your frequency. If your emotions are positive, then you vibrate at a positive frequency. If it’s low, then negative frequency. If you are very happy and high in emotions, you will vibrate at a very high frequency. Which means, events and people of high frequency will start becoming a part of your reality. Now, it happens slowly, not in one day. So you need to stay in that frequency. More you stay in the high frequency mode, more you will keep expanding your energy group.
So if someone is feeling that why someone else has and I do not have, it means it is coming from the feeling of lack, which is a low frequency emotion. It will keep attracting people and events which will make you feel further lack. That’s why jealous people or people with the feeling of lack attract further lack.
We have always heard of a very famous proverb, that is money attracts money. It is the same reason. People with money will have that frequency and they will attract more money. Money is energy and how you feel with that will decide how much more you will have.
So to have a better life, good life, happy life, feel better, feel good, feel happy. You will become magnet for all such events and people in your life.
