My kids are growing up and I want them to learn about being happy first. About being themselves. Every child by default knows how to be happy. Kids are always happy. They know how to life everyone’s mood. They know how to cheer up everyone. When there was a death in the family, my two years old daughters would say such innocent things that even in such a sad environment, everyone would smile. Instead of learning from them, we teach them. On the name of teachings we erode them of their innocence, natural happiness, confidence, their ability and desire to discover everything. Almost on everything we tell them no. We call it moulding but I call it making them unnatural. We all have heard things and we all believe in such limiting beliefs like I am not good enough. I cannot do it. Do I deserve it? Sometimes, when we are happy, we doubt if we deserve to be happy. If we desire something, so many times we tell ourselves, we do not deserve it, can I have it, I guess it is no. With so many doubts and limiting beliefs how can we be happy? How can we be peaceful? How will we achieve full potential?
So know few things now:
1. You are the most beautiful creation
You are eternally loved by God, God is never angry at you
God wants you to be happy
You deserve love abundance, health and everything
Do not tell yourself that because of my karma, I deserve bad fate
Tell yourself, I can be anything
Tell yourself, I deserve abundance and I am abundance
Tell yourself I am healthy and I will always be very healthy
Love being you and let others be who they are
Give what you can, share what you can, spread happiness as this will spread inside you as well
Be genuinely caring for everyone. Ask what more I can do for you rather than what more I can get from it.
Be love and spread love. You deserve everything. You deserve to be happy. God wants you to be happy. Do you want that?
