Focus on who you are rather than worrying about what others think of you.

He was always worried about what others are thinking of him. He tried doing his best but still he kept on slipping into depression. He tried changing college, then job and city thinking that the change would bring change in his life. But alas! It was all temporary. he wondered, why everywhere people have similar thought processes about him. Why people are back biting and why people are not talking good about him.

So the biggest flaw in his thought process was negative questioning. You get the answer for what you ask. All his questions were negative rather than positive.
The next thing was his focus was negative.
Now the most important thing was, when he came to me, I asked him, what do you think about yourself and he had no answer. He had never sat and thought about what he would like to think of himself. He was more concerned about what others are thinking of him. Because of that he always lacked self confidence too.

So he started working on building his own thought process, where he really liked himself. HE started to work on his strength.

HE was amazed with the process. More and more he was building positive thought process about himself, more and more he saw shift in people’s attitude about himself. More and more he had a shift in his feelings towards love rather than fear, people were also attracted towards him. He wondered, all the time he was worried about others thought process (Though technically it is never in our control) but it is also. When we think good, when we feel good, others also think good of us.

It is like, we reflect who we are. But when we are more worried about others, we start absorbing who others are. So it is our choice, whether we want to reflect or absorb?

So start thinking good, feeling good. Start feeling happy, and loving and you will see the shift.
