Hey how are you?

I am ok!

Just ok..is there anything wrong?

Yeah it is kind of fine.

What do you mean by kind of fine?

Well I was feeling a little low because my mother did not let me buy that dress!

But that is fine isn’t it?

No! I really wanted that as I feel I would really look good and it would make me feel happy!

But then why did she say no!

Because she did not feel that it was worth the price.

Yeah..it’s a girly conversation..attached to emotions. But also reflects how we talk about emotions and feelings in everything. How our emotions are attached to everything. It also shows, that we are good if we feel good and we are not good if we do not feel good.

But why it is important to understand emotions.

We are energy beings. Emotions are a kind of medium which transforms our energy. If we are happy, we feel high in energy. If we are sad, we feel low in energy.
But then why this energy is important. Because if we have high energy or let’s say if we are happy which is again an emotion, we can manifest better. there are less problems and blockages in life. Probability of getting what we want increases. However, if we are low, then we have more blockages, we are low in energy, which means, we are unable to get what we want as our energy fails to reach to it.

Energy travels through our emotions in our relationships. If someone is feeling bad for us, we would sense it, because his energy has travelled to us or let’s say we just exchanged our energy. If someone is feeling good for us (We would get good thoughts about that person) we would know it. So energy is deciding the fate of our relationships through our emotions.

Same energy through emotions guides us. If someone is not so good or something is not so good, we would get a feeling that something is wrong. We would sense it that whether we shall trust this person or not. Somewhere Universe is guiding us through our feelings.

It is like our whole being and life is circling around emotions or our feelings. So never deny your feelings. Never deny someone else’s feelings. Never hurt someone else’s feelings (Atleast intentionally). REspect own feelings.
