Your emotions are your strength. Do not feel bad for how you feel.

Are you angry? And we feel shy or bad, that we are angry. Are you sad? How can you be happy? Why do you feel bad, you are so sensitive. Do not feel bad. We shall not get angry. We shall not feel sad. We shall be happy.

So many things we are told, where we are guided not to feel the way we feel. Sometimes we feel, we are deprived from the right to feel the way we actually feel and we get confused with what we should feel and what we feel. We are not trained to be authentic with our emotions. The result is, we lose who we are. Why our emotions means, who we are. We are energy beings and our energy is managed by our emotions. People do amazing things and big things, just because they felt something for someone or for a cause. Emotions give us that drive. Without emotions, there is no difference between a human being and a machine.

So what shall we do?
Do not feel bad for how you feel.
Know how you feel.
Accept how you feel.
If you need to express, express with love or peace. (If you are angry, you can simply say, I am angry and I do not like it)

Emotions have that powerful impact on us, that our emotions can interact with the physical reality and alter it (As proven in lab now) or they can really change human physiology. Happy emotions create happy body and negative emotions create poor health. But it does not mean that we suppress negative emotions, instead of that, we need to express them and solve them. Suppression is more harmful.

Also, we shall not kind of promote to suppress emotions. First thing we are harming that person (Generally they are our loved ones) and we are also creating inauthentic relationships. We shall always allow the person or our loved ones to say and express exactly how they feel. We shall never say, how you should feel (Like inducing guilt or faking happiness).

Always value your own emotions and your loved ones emotions. If you want to have happy people, happy relationships, value emotions. If you do not feel any emotion for something, it means you are not there too.
