What you do for others, actually you do for yourself.

Few days back, when I was sitting with one of my old friends, he shared his experience. When he was in his thirties, he had a very different kind of experience in life. He saw an old man (Beggar) in front of his house. That old man was looking very sick. So he got inside and got some blankets and food for him. But the old beggar did not eat anything. So he asked and took him to doctor. The old man was really sick and doctor treated him for few days. So this friend of mine paid all the bills at that time. He was feeling immense peace inside. So they both moved on.

After few years, my friend met an accident and was lying unconscious on road. One car stopped, took him home and treated him for few days and he was unconscious for all the time. They served him for almost two weeks. After two weeks when he gained consciousness, he called up family and came home. He said that, I knew from inside every moment that I was being served as I had served. What I did, I did for myself and I was taken care of with equal love the way I did for the beggar.

It was so beautiful to hear this and again affirming, what we do we do for ourselves. Good or bad, we have to see. You cheat and you will be cheated. You love and you will be loved. You help and you will be helped.

So, do things unconditionally when you feel you are needed. Do not hold back, do not judge.
Give as much as you can
Give without fear and pure intention
Give unconditionally in any form

Always remember what you are doing for others, actually you are doing for yourself.
