One friend came and started talking bad about people who are begging and employees who come and seek salary in advance for some reason. I asked him why are you cursing them, if you do not want to help them, it is ok. But why are you cursing? He started laughing and said, “do you think, I will call in bad Karma because of this?” No, I definitely did not think that because I know, whether we bless or curse, we do it for ourselves. Then he asked, how could he trust? How would he know that the money he wanted to give to the beggar was used properly? And what do you mean by using properly? He thought for a while and said that like to eat or something. So how much you are giving to make sure that it is used properly? 5 Rs, 10 Rs or may be 100? You want to buy his whole accountability through that? Your task is to give and give with purest of intentions. God is giving in abundance to everyone. Still some people use it to buy alcohol, some to create a war, some to help others and some to create a home. Is he stopping the flow? What if he starts putting in the restriction that it has to be used only to help others, or else you will not get any money. Then? The flow will stop all together. From which source it is reaching whom, we have no idea. Now, let’s talk about your employees. How would you know they are lying? Even if they do not pay you back and leave the job, can anyone take your money actually. Whatever is yours anyway is coming to you.
Then another thing is happening. Because you do not want to give or let’s say you are giving reluctantly, you want to feel good about yourself, so you keep building justification in your mind. Because of that you start cursing them in your mind. They are bad, cheaters, they deserve such life etc. can you imagine, how much negative energy it is?
So what’s the solution? Today, who so ever is coming to you, feel happy that God is giving you an opportunity to help someone, feel grateful, give that money with lots of blessings and give help in whatever way you can. I will not tell how you will feel by the end of the day. You have to come back and share. He called up next day and he was super happy and peaceful. He said that he could not believe how peaceful he was feeling and how good he was feeling about himself.
