They were married for 13 years and suddenly he started doubting that she was having an affair. He always doubted and one final day she left home. She was working and independent and she was a very pretty lady. HE always thought that she can have anyone anytime and may be because of that he always doubted her. After she left, he always cried and looked back at things. He will go back in time, everytime and would try to repeat every incidence in his mind and would try to change in in various ways but alas. Every time, he tried changing past in his mind, which was not possible though, he cursed himself for not acting better. His health started falling apart and he did not know what to do. When he was searching for the way, he met a spiritual healer. That healer asked him to bless his wife and pray for her happiness. The healer explained him that feeling bad will only add to the negative energy, he must send lots of love to her. He must fill up everything with love. He cannot change past, but he can learn from it and he can create a better future. This gentleman understood the point and in one year he was back together with his wife.
Similarly, a gentleman who was in huge debts always was looking back and cursing himself for taking such decisions. But would that help? From those decisions then he started learning, how to do business better. It took him few years to recover from that financial loss but when he recovered, he knew what he had to do. As finally he had learned.
We need to understand few things about life:
1. We all are doing we all can, we are doing our best. If we are not doing, we must start doing so.
2. Ask yourself if you would have done better? If No and in that situation if you would done exactly same, the way you did, it means, nothing else could be done.
3. Look back at life and trying to change it is like trying to rewrite the answer sheet of first standard when you are in final year. When you know more answers. But life does not happen like this. Like school, it also progresses.
Learn from it, instead of trying to change it. It can never be changed.
