Two brothers had own businesses. One had laborer problems and other did not have. The second one had same labors working for years and the first one was always hunting for more. He felt jealous of his brother because it always increased his tension and work also used to get affected often. One day, he gathered courage and suppressed all his ego and visited his brother’s office. He asked his brother that what different did he do? They were having normal discussion, in the mean while a worker came and said, sir I am taking two boxes for my daughter as she needs them. Saying this the worker left. The brother who was having worker’s problems, immediately said, how dare he could do this. The elder one understood and asked him to come next day. They called same worker again and the elder one gave him to nice lunch boxes saying, instead of using those old boxes, you can give proper lunch box to your kids. The worker was very happy and gave many blessings to the office, the owner and the business. When he left, the elder one said, see everyone has to work and get paid and we are not obliging them by hiring them. They have more problems than us. Everyone just needs little love and understanding. With the fear of losing job or you saying anything, they will work and stay but only till the point they do not have another job or they can take fear. The moment it will cross their thresh hold, they will leave. You need to treat them with love and respect the way you want yourself to be treated.
This is true for every area of life and in every relationship. Love is the presence of God. Love is the guiding force and binding force of this Universe. Wherever we will see love, we will see people staying together as they are bound by love. But with no love or fear, there will be nothing to bind them. As soon as needs are met, they will get separated. Only love can bring in the change. Only love can keep everyone together. Follow love…follow divine.
