A happy mind is a door to all good things.

One businessman, who had recently had incurred huge losses said that, I want to relax and be peaceful. I can take care of every problem if I am peaceful and happy. He was scared of future and he was scared of security for his family. He was so stressed that he could not see any opportunity even if it was lying next to him. One day his old friend came in to meet him. The gentleman was very relaxed and happy after a long time. They went out, had fun and when he came back home, for sometime he had forgotten his problems. He was simply happy. Next morning when he woke up, he got a call from one guy with whom he had worked earlier and he proposed a new business venture. He said that he wanted to call for a long time but one or other thing was happening. Our friend wondered that was he himself blocking everything?

Yes! Often we think that something good will happen and then we will be happy but it’s other way round. When we are happy, good things will start happening. So what shall we do?

1. Do not attach happiness to something. If it is attached, then either it will depend on the occurrence of particular event or it will be momentarily.
2. Get detached from what you want. Have an intention, have a desire but get detached from the result so that we allow that to happen.
3. Often with lots of ifs and buts in our mind, we ourselves block the results.
4. Simply tell yourself I am always a happy person.
5. I always have happy events in my life.

Moreover, our mind and Universe they work on frequencies. Whatever frequency we are at, Universe will match events of same. So if we are happy, we become center to many happy events. But if we are stressed out, we become center of many such events.

So to change whats around, we need to change what’s inside.
