Why does it happen to me always? Why it keeps repeating to me?

1. Human mind thinks in images.
2. Whatever image it has it replicates in real life
3. If we keep repeating old things in our mind, we are repeating images of pain, so our mind would keep repeating similar visions in life means painful incidences
4. Thinking and going through painful incidences means vibrating with them and thus attracting more things vibrating at same level, which means more painful things in life
5. These painful incidences have reached to our subconscious mind because we have repeated them so many times.
So what is the solution:
1. Stop repeating old painful incidences (Somebody has said something to us, we repeat that 1000 times to make it permanent, it is self destructive. Let your mind forget)
2. Associate your memories of painful things with better things. Like what did you gain from that, how that incidence helped you in life. So every time the incidence resurface in your life remind yourself of better thing. Eventually the pain would start reducing
3. Start thinking how do you want your future to be
4. Like you have attached emotions to painful events, start attaching emotions to better future things (How would you feel in those times)
5. More and more your your feelings would change, more and more your life would start changing.
