What you see in your mind, you will see in your life.

A 45 years old gentleman was very depressed. He said that why does it always happen to me? What does happen to you always? He was working at a good level in his company with a handsome salary. However, he felt that people take him for granted and do not value him enough.
A 35 years old lady was always scared that as soon as her husband would come home, there would be something and it would trigger a fight as he would be tired and she has her own limits. In 80% of the cases there was a fight.
A lady had multiple affairs and every time she had a partner who did not treat her well, was over controlling, would take money. She wondered why it happens to her always?
Lot of times people come up with the question, that why does it happen to me always? And the answer is this what we are thinking about all day. This is what we have been feeling all day. When something happens once, we start repeating that so much in our mind, all day we keep thinking about that. Now, more and more we think about that, more and more we start sending energy to that. More we think, stronger it becomes. In reality, in this energy system, we start nurturing that. So when it is getting nourishment from us, more and more it starts happening in our life. 
Second reason is, more and more we feel something (Even by repeating that in our mind and heart) more and more our emotions are attached to it, more we vibrate at that frequency in this Universal system. Now, where ever we vibrate, we start attracting events and people of same vibration. So similar events start happening again and again. 
The third reason is human mind thinks in images and it keeps replicating those images in physical life. That is how we are creating our reality. So more we see past incidences which we do not like in our mind, more we create them again in life. 
Next thing is we think about them, we talk about them, we get attached to them. We do not like to leave them behind. Those incidences start owning us. So they start happening again and again.
In all the cases above and many more, these people have been repeating, thinking and feeling those incidences again and again and they keep recreating again. It becomes a vicious circle where more you think, more you create. So we need to break the circle by creating happy images in mind, even if that is by force initially.
So here are steps which can be taken:
1. First thing is think, how you want your life to be ( NOt what you do not want)
2. See yourself in those events like people valuing you, having a peaceful environment at home, enjoying abundance etc
3. Create images of that
4. Start repeating those images in your mind again
5. Start talking about those events now
6. When you would start feeling those incidences, you would see the change in reality
