I was watching my 1.5 years old girl and I felt God himself was in front of me. So loving and caring. No fear! She came and climbed over me, hugged me and loved me all over. Along with that she was laughing. I felt that’s why we call children as God’s image in front of us. She had no fear of world, falling, me or anything else. I wondered if I could be like this? She had no fear and that’s why she dared to climb on the table. She was exploring heights because she had no fear. She wanted something kept very high and out of love for that, she kept climbing. I let her do that, so that I could see how far she is going. I wondered if we have love inside us and no fear, would we be able to explore new heights and find our real strength? Are we holding back because of fear in our hearts?
What if we have love instead of fear? We learn this fear with time. Few things we learn on our own and few things are taught to us. Especially what would others think? They do not think what others would think. My girls, would go and hug all the maids who are coming to our house. Infact first thing everyone does is wash their hands play with them and then start their work. With no fear and so much love, they are like a God’s blessing. Or may be God himself comes down through their love. If I have to recall the best times in past few years, they have been in their smiles and hugs. But this love is not from anyone else, it is coming from within. They are that loving and this love makes all the children very special. They give their love, smiles and hugs to everyone without discriminating.
We all are made in image and likeliness of God. What is God? God is pure love and when we experience love we experience God. We experience best part of self. We experience who we are. Only way to experience God is by experiencing love. When we are filled with love, we find who we are. We find own divine self.
See everything from the perspective of love. Not ego. Love brings everyone together and treat them as one. Ego divides and treats everyone as separate. Without having a heart full of love, we can never find that oneness. We can never find that God within. How to so that? It’s simple. See the other person as yourself rather than the other person. Your perspective will change. You will change. You will find a whole new you.
