A happy mind only can create a happy life.

He came back from office tired and stressed because he had an altercation with his boss. He saw his 2 years old son playing and making noise. He started shouting at him and his wife came to the protect the child. He entered into a tiff with her too. Something which started at a small level turned into a big fight by morning. As he was affected emotionally, his immune system also suffered and he fell sick. he had to take 2 days from office which meant further stress in office. This was not one off day in his life, similar things used to happen frequently in his routine and wondered if his life could ever be fixed. 
The girl grew up with her maternal uncle and aunt as her mother was working. she started developing child hood emotional issues as she did not have her parental support. (She is not to be blamed) but she developed a personality which always hated others and elders. When she got married, it reflected in her day to day behavior. She would be bad towards her in laws (Her mind could never accept elderly figures and here also it happened) and she would be bad towards her servants too. he would shout at them, sometimes even slap them and when they would leave her job, she would be further angry because then she would not be able to manage her domestic life. 
A happy mind creates :
Happy Body
Happy life
Happy relationships
Happy career too
An upset mind can never create a good life. Often people think that, if these things would change in my life then I would be happy. But it’s the other way around. When you are happy, things in your life start changing.
You are creating your life and you can create with whatever you have. If you are not happy with in yourself, this is what you would give to your life. So how should we work on it:
1. Love yourself (Tell yourself I love you, I am awesome, I make a great person)
2. Stop criticizing yourself in your mind
3. stop comparing yourself with anyone else, you are a unique creation of God
4. Accept yourself
5. Treat yourself with love and compassion
6. Treat yourself nicely (You also deserve to buy new clothes, have dinner at a nice place, any luxury you like ..we deny ourselves these pleasures)
7. Do nice things as they will make you feel nice about yourself
8. Forgive and let go
9. Do not repeat bad memories
10. Be in the company of happy people
Be happy and you would have a happy life!
