Few days back a gentleman invited me for lunch. He wanted it to be as an opportunity to introduce his two small children. He has a 7 years old girl and a five years old boy. As soon as we sat on table for lunch his girl came and sat next to me. She gave me a smile and asked if she could have her food there. I smiled and said ofcourse. As soon as I said ofcourse, she hugged me and said thank you. It was a pleasant, innocent, beautiful hug. The way she hugged me, melted my heart and I gave her a tight hug with a compliment that you are so beautiful, it is my pleasure to have lunch with you. She started giggling and I looked at the boy. There was an aggression on face. I tried hugging him and asked him that if he would like to sit on the other side to have lunch with me and he said no.
His father said that, I am worried for him. My girl knows how to receive love but he does not and he feels angry when he does not. I corrected him, she knows how to give love and that is why she receives in abundance. He does not have to be taught how to receive love, he has to be taught how to give and he would stat receiving. It helped the father in understanding what was actually happening. This helped the child too and gradually his anger started reducing.
It is not only about children but also about adults too. I saw an old lady in a village and everyone felt good going to her. I saw her giving grains to birds everyday, small piece of her food to cat and dog. People infact said that if someone is not happy or has any problem, we just go and sit with her. She always makes us feel comfortable. Everyone is welcomed at her place. We just love her. When he said that, I realized that it is again the same thing. She has been giving so much love to everyone that she has been receiving it in abundance.
I do not want to talk about people who have shattered hearts even if someone tried loving them, even their own children.
Whatever we are giving, we are receiving that. So blessed are the hearts which are giving love because they are the ones who are receiving love. they are the ones who are in flow with the Universe. They are the ones, who are a true blessing to everyone.
