Sometimes its good to feel peace in the moment and have faith rather than always worrying for the future.

One lady called up, who recently had come out of a very big set back. Her husband had an extra marital affair and she caught him red handed. he promised to correct his ways and asked forgiveness. She said that she has forgiven him but daily she had problem of trusting and fear of what if! What is he is still in affair, what if he would get into things again, what f something wrong would have happened? While she was dealing with all these insecurities, new challenge started happening. They started having financial problems. They had a 6 months old baby. Every morning she started getting with more fears, and gradually new fears started replacing old fears. She was tired, she was tired of working, she was tired of having fears, she was tired of everything. 
Few questions to be asked in any situation when we have fears and insecurities of the future!
1. What is the present scenario..is it safe, do I have enough, do I have my loved ones around me. If the answers are yes, then sit back and relax.
2 Do you have faith? If yes, then have faith!
3. Is thinking like this helping the situation or making it worse?
4. What more you can do in this situation?
5. Have you used all your resources?
If everything is all right right now, just sit back and take  a mental break. Because no one knows future. Think that how you can grow and make it better, but for right now just relax! You are taken care of, you were taken care of when you were not even born, when you could not even talk or walk, you have always been taken care of. So for right now, in this moment if you are safe, have food, sit and relax!. take a break and give a smile to yourself. Be grateful for the moment, be in love of the moment.
