A thief always feels everyone is thief. It will be very easy for him to find another thief.
A liar would always know who is lying. Infact he would be suspicious of everyone.
A nice person would always feel that everyone is nice.
A person full of ego would always feel that the person in front of him has so much ego.
A person who is of show off will feel that everyone is trying to show off.
Whatever we are, we find that in everyone.
One gentleman complained that I always find very cunning people in business. One lady complained that I always get very bad servants, how to fix it. On probing further we realized that the gentleman who was finding cunning customers, first ting had that belief, second thing, he himself was always ready to get extra money out (he always waited for the opportunity, how he could charge his customers extra) and the lady who was always getting bad servants actually had a belief that servants can never be loyal, they are always ready to get something out of employers. He had to change his belief that people are honest and want to have honest deals, also he had to change himself to deal honestly. Similarly, the lady also changed her belief to servants are loyal and people do have good servants who think best for their employers. Similarly, one gentleman felt that people always take him for granted and they did but when he changed his belief to I am always valued, people started valuing him.
So if we have complaints around us, we need to find what’s inside us. The moment things would start changing inside us, they would also start changing around us.
