We all identify with a body, a mind and a personality. Thats what Sheetal is…or what ever your name is….thats what we believe is true self…however, thats Sheetal’s Body or mind not true Sheetal..your true self is your soul which is imperishable..it was there, it is here and will always be there…its a part of light..the light which is present inside everyone and is living force of everyone from small insect to plants to humans, who so ever has light is a part of light….
So everyone is a part of each other and when you realize this, you stop differentiating between this body of yours and others..you become one with light, once you identify with light which is your living force you become true self, thats what you are…so you need to loose the conciousness of self like this body, mind and personality and then you become your true self which is light itself. The living force behind everything.
