We all are very busy today, we have loads of work and we do not have anytime for anything other then which we are routined for. When we get little time we say we are bored, so we have devised few things like playing games online, playstation, these days new addiction on facebook, playing games there like Farmville or Zoo orMafia..I do not know much…just that these games I have seen people around me playing and they get crazy if they dont take care of their zoo/crops daily, so I know they are hooked to these. When you ask them if they got sometime, you ahve an answer I am busy, i am working. Now that may be accepted as an excuse as you are not answerable to anyone else and whether it was work or game you are busy..period
However, do not give excuses to yourself, when you have time, do not miss the best opportunity to connect to self. Why I say best, not golden as you cant trade it off with gold too. Just spend time with yourself, find out what you need not what you want and then what you want, how can you go there, if you have done something why did you do, if you said something why did you say so, whats the source of your energy, whats the source of your thought. How you can channelise your source for your betterment, if you didnt like something which you did, why did you do it and how can you be betetr next time on it. You need to find the connection with yourself.
