How many times have you heard this? I think many, especially if you are working. Over tea, over a drink, over lunch/dinner or any gathering, we hear this a lot..may be the words are phrased differently which lead to same meaning.
Is it possible that every job sucks? Well, so its ingrained in your behavior, we want everything to happen the way we want and when things do not happen same way we complain. Every job is designed for multiple people, so one may like one thing and not like another and similarly may like something else. Even if its your own company, you cannot like everyone and every client still you put up with that.
Have you ever thought how the life would be if your so called sucking job isn’t there to pay you? So we need to change the behavior not the job otherwise every job would suck as things would never happen the way we want..I mean everything.
